I'm so excited! How long until I receive my order?
- All orders ship during regular business hours M-F. All styles are made to order, meaning that they are produced after you purchase in order to cut down on our environmental impact. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be additional delays in manufacturing and delivery of your items. We are working hard to safely and quickly fulfill your order.
How do I track my order?
- You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and another one at time of shipping. You can track your package: here.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! All orders from our shop ship for free worldwide. We do not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your specific country might require. In the case of refused/returned package due to customs fees, you will be charged a 20% restock fee.
Uhoh! My package tracking says delivered, but I don't have it?
- If your tracking number has been updated by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately HoneyBumbleBoutique.com has no control over the packages at that point. Please be sure to double check your address at time of purchase to avoid this. If your package is assumed missing, please call the carrier directly and make a claim.
The color of my shirt is slightly off from the picture, is this normal?
- Yes, due to screen display and photo light settings, there may be a slight difference in color.
What is your exchange/return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving. Email us at email@example.com We accept returns/exchanges if we made a mistake and you receive the wrong item, size, damaged, or misprinted item. We would be happy to replace this for your at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds, only replacements if filed within 7 days of delivery.
